Joe Alabashyan brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering, design, and implementation of low-voltage, audiovisual, and control systems. His background spans consulting, systems integration, and executive leadership within the technology industry, providing a comprehensive understanding of both design intent and real-world implementation.
He works closely with clients, architects, and engineering teams to define project objectives, align scope with operational needs, and deliver practical, standards-based solutions. His expertise includes telecommunications infrastructure, AV systems, and integrated building technologies across healthcare, education, commercial, civic, and specialized facilities.
Joe has extensive experience designing systems for private & public commercial, industrial spaces, and high-end residential environments.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering and maintains industry certifications, including Certified Technology Specialist – Design (CTS-D), along with ongoing professional training in relevant industry standards and technologies.
Vahe Lazyan
Architectural Engineer | Design Consultant
Vahe is an accomplished architectural designer specializing in integrated building systems within commercial, institutional, and industrial environments. With strong expertise in AutoCAD and construction documentation, he develops detailed architectural drawings while ensuring seamless coordination of physical security, audiovisual, and telecommunications systems within the overall building design.
His analytical approach and practical problem-solving skills support efficient space planning, system integration, and interdisciplinary coordination. Vahe works closely with project teams to ensure technology systems align with architectural intent, functional requirements, and constructability considerations.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture (2006) and brings a strong understanding of how building systems interact within the built environment.

Haykanush Avetisyan
Design Engineer
Haykanush serves as a Design Engineer at Innovave Inc., contributing to the development and coordination of integrated technology and building system designs across a variety of projects. She prepares detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and supports the integration of telecommunications, audiovisual, and security systems to ensure alignment with project requirements and technical standards.

Haykanush collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to help deliver practical, well-coordinated, and construction-ready solutions.

Design Engineer
Rubina serves as a Low Voltage Design Engineer at Innovave Inc., specializing in audiovisual, telecommunications, physical security, and lighting systems integration. She develops comprehensive low-voltage design solutions that support seamless system coordination and reliable long-term performance across diverse project types.
Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in lighting design DIALux and Lutron systems, Rubina prepares detailed engineering documentation and supports projects from initial planning through construction implementation. Her work emphasizes technical accuracy, system compatibility, and alignment with project objectives.
Holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Power Engineering, Rubina brings strong analytical capability and a solid engineering foundation to every project.
