Conference Room & Network Infrastructure Modernization

Innovave designed and implemented a comprehensive technology upgrade that included a full building network infrastructure along with an advanced integrated meeting space capable of supporting up to 120 participants. Our team engineered the network backbone to ensure reliable connectivity for all wired and wireless systems throughout the facility.

The meeting room was modernized with a fully integrated audio-visual control system built around a Crestron control platform and Biamp digital signal processing. A custom mobile lectern was designed and installed to serve as the central presentation hub. The lectern houses the Crestron control processor, Biamp DSP interface, and a touchscreen control panel, providing presenters with intuitive control of the entire room.

The system enables seamless management of the projector, motorized projection screen, DSP audio scenes, and video distribution throughout the space. Additional wall-mounted touch panel controls provide convenient room-wide access for system operation.

This integrated solution delivers a flexible, user-friendly environment for presentations, training sessions, and large meetings while ensuring high-quality audio, video, and network performance.
